Appointments and online booking
Our online booking is provided through PracSuite, a third-party platform. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our clinics. If you are unable to attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another patient.
Fees, rebates and claiming
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless we agree otherwise. Eligibility for Medicare, DVA, NDIS and private health fund rebates depends on your individual circumstances and the relevant scheme rules. Where you are eligible, we can process claims on the spot through HICAPS.
